About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Handover Coordinator to manage the full property/project handover lifecycle from pre-handover preparation through to final sign-off and post-handover follow-up. You will act as the central point of contact between developers, owners, tenants, maintenance teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely handovers in line with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all handover activities for residential and commercial properties/assets
  • Prepare and verify handover checklists, inspection reports, snagging lists, and DLD/RERA-compliant documentation
  • Conduct pre-handover inspections; coordinate with technical/maintenance teams to resolve defects and outstanding items
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders — owners, tenants, developers, sales, and asset management — to share timelines, status updates, and action items
  • Arrange and attend formal handover meetings; obtain sign-offs and maintain complete, accurate records
  • Manage handover files digitally; update Excel trackers and internal systems to monitor progress, pending items, and completion rates
  • Follow up on post-handover rectifications and close out issues within agreed timelines
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, Kaizen efficiency standards, and UAE real estate regulations
  • Support Emiratization goals by collaborating with local teams and government authorities as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in property handover, real estate administration, project coordination, or client relations in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of DLD/RERA handover processes and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel tracking, Word reports, PowerPoint summaries, Slack/Teams communication
  • Excellent organizational skills — ability to manage multiple concurrent handovers with tight deadlines
  • Clear professional communication in English; Arabic/Tagalog is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work independently as well as cross-functionally
  • Valid UAE residency and driving license preferred
