As an Laundry Manager, you’re not just overseeing daily laundry operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Lead laundry operations: Direct all aspects of laundry operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation
• Maintain facility and equipment efficiency:  Ensure laundry facilities and equipment operate at peak performance while adhering to regulations and safety standards
• Ensure quality and inventory control:  Monitor linen quality, stain and damage rates, inventory levels, and production reports to facilitate timely reordering, rewashing, and repairs
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Manage suppliers and partners: Coordinate with laundry suppliers, chemical providers, uniform vendors, and other external partners while ensuring agreed service levels, quality standards, and cost controls are maintained
• Support hotel and special operations: Coordinate linen and uniform requirements for VIP stays, events, high-occupancy periods, new outlet openings, and other operational needs
