About the role

Responsibilities

- Ensures accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Supports evidence‑based practice in the management of chronic and acute medical conditions.
- Monitors patient progress and identifies changes in condition promptly, ensuring escalation when needed.
- Ensures proper medication administration, monitoring of high‑alert drugs, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and overall flow within the medical ward.
- Supports safe management of patients with complex medical needs, including comorbidities, chronic illness, and long‑term treatments.
- Ensures readiness of equipment and resources required for medical care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing; or
- Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration and Successful completion of the National exam:
✓ USA: NCLEX - RN
✓ Canada: Licensing Exam - DOH License or Eligibility
