How to apply for UAE jobs from abroad, safely
By Asli UAE · Updated 3 October 2026
Hotels, airlines, hospitals, facilities and retail companies in the UAE hire from abroad every day — and many publish those jobs on their own careers pages. Applying there yourself is free and safe. Here's how.

1. Apply on the employer's own careers page
Big UAE employers — hotel groups, airlines, hospitals, delivery and facilities companies — post jobs on their own websites. You can apply there from any country. Asli UAE collects these jobs twice a day and links you straight to the employer's page, so you never deal with a middleman.
Use the “Open to applicants abroad” and “Visa provided” filters to find employers who hire from outside the UAE.
2. If you use an agent, check they are licensed at home
Many countries license overseas recruitment agents. Use only licensed agents, and check the licence yourself on the official website:
- India — registered recruiting agents on the government's eMigrate portal.
- Nepal — Department of Foreign Employment (labour permit and licensed agencies).
- Pakistan — Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment.
- Bangladesh — Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET).
- Sri Lanka — Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE).
- Philippines — Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
3. Make a CV that UAE employers read
Need a CV? CV Wasl (cvwasl.com) is a free CV maker for UAE jobs, in English and Arabic.
- One or two pages, in English (Arabic as well if you have it).
- Put your job title, years of experience and the countries you worked in at the top.
- List licences and certificates that matter in the UAE: driving licence, nursing licence (DHA, DOH or MOHAP), trade certificates, food-safety training.
- Add your WhatsApp number with country code and a professional email address.
4. Checks before you travel
- A written offer from the employer itself, with salary and benefits.
- An employment entry permit arranged by the employer — not a visit visa.
- You have paid nothing for the job or the visa.
- You know where you will live and how you'll get to work (accommodation and transport are often included for frontline jobs — it should say so in writing).
Common questions
Can I get a UAE job without an agent?
Yes. Many employers accept applications from abroad directly on their careers pages. Applying there is free.
Which jobs in the UAE hire from abroad the most?
Hotels and restaurants, airlines and airports, hospitals and clinics, facilities management, security, delivery and logistics, and construction regularly recruit internationally.
Is it safe to pay a recruitment agent?
UAE labour law doesn't allow employers to charge workers recruitment fees. Rules in your home country differ, so only use agents licensed by your own government, and never pay someone who only contacts you on social media.
