Job Description
- Operate MHE such as VNA, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Forklift and Pallet Loader safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move pallets within the warehouse and staging areas.
- Support inbound and outbound operations, including put-away, picking, replenishment, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate placement of stock as per warehouse location system (WMS / manual locations)
- Assist in order picking and pallet building based on pick lists or system instructions.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and equipment operating guidelines.
- Conduct pre-operational checks of MHE and report any defects immediately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
- Use PPE at all times as per company safety policy.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks when required.
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and batch handling during picking and loading.
- Minimize damages and report any discrepancies or product issues.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2-3 year of experience in warehousing & DC.
- Must have a valid driving license in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience operating VNA, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Pallet Loader.
- Valid MHE / Forklift Operator License or Certification.
- Good understanding of warehouse layouts and racking systems.
- You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
- Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
- Good knowledge in inventory.
- Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Language skills: Good in English.
