E-Commerce Business Management
- Deliver revenue, profitability, conversion, and customer experience targets across digital channels.

- Drive initiatives to reduce cancellations, improve stock availability, and enhance service levels.
- Support implementation of scalable fulfilment and operational solutions.
Analytics & Performance Management
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
- Translate business insights into actions that improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Legal.
- Align teams on priorities, remove execution barriers, and drive timely delivery of business objectives.
