As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver seamless dining experiences, ensuring exceptional service, consistent quality, and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Food and Beverage Supervisor - Isla at Conrad Dubai:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Conrad Dubai’s luxury standards.

• Uphold Service Excellence: Ensure consistent compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and service expectations while creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Maintain Food and Beverage Quality: Monitor the quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverages served, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.

• Coordinate Seamless Service: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate orders, timely preparation, and smooth communication between the kitchen and service teams.

• Enhance Guest Experiences: Build genuine guest relationships, anticipate individual preferences, and handle feedback or concerns with care, professionalism, and prompt resolution.

• Ensure Operational Readiness: Oversee outlet opening, daily operations, and closing procedures, maintaining an organised and well-prepared environment.

• Lead and Inspire the Team: Guide, motivate, and develop team members, fostering a positive culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

• Deliver Effective Briefings: Conduct daily team briefings, communicate operational updates, and reinforce service priorities and guest expectations.

• Drive Team Performance: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development.

• Support Workforce Planning: Assist with staff scheduling and deployment, ensuring adequate operational coverage while maintaining effective labour cost control.

• Strengthen Team Capabilities: Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members to ensure consistent service standards.

• Build Guest Loyalty: Encourage meaningful guest engagement, gather feedback, and use guest insights to enhance service delivery and create lasting relationships.

• Maximise Revenue Opportunities: Promote menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and support revenue targets.

• Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of food, beverages, and operating supplies.

• Ensure Financial Accuracy: Oversee accurate billing and the proper handling of cash and credit transactions in line with established procedures.

• Control Operational Costs: Monitor wastage, breakage, and consumption, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and protect profitability.

• Maintain Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.

• Inspect Outlet Presentation: Conduct regular inspections to maintain impeccable cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all guest and service areas.

• Safeguard Guest Well-being: Ensure proper food handling, allergen awareness, and attention to special dietary requirements.

• Maintain Outlet Standards: Identify and report maintenance concerns, coordinate follow-up with relevant departments, and ensure the outlet remains in excellent condition.
