How to find a job in the UAE from Bangladesh (free and safe)
By Asli UAE · Updated 17 October 2026
Many UAE employers hire from Bangladesh every month, and many publish those jobs on their own careers pages. You can apply there yourself, for free. Here is the safe way, step by step.

1. Find jobs on employers' own careers pages
Asli UAE (asliuae.com) lists UAE jobs from employers' own careers pages, updated twice a day, and links you straight to the employer. Use the filters "Open to applicants abroad" and "Visa provided" to see employers who hire from outside the UAE.
It is free. Asli UAE never charges job seekers.
2. Let employers find you
Make a free job page with a QR code at asliuae.com/me: the job you do, your experience, languages and when you can start. Employers and recruitment companies in the UAE search Asli Hire for people ready to work. Your phone number is not shown on the page.
3. The clearance you need in Bangladesh
You need emigration clearance (the BMET smart card) from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training before you leave for work.
If you use an agent, use only recruiting agencies licensed by BMET, and check the licence yourself on the official website.
4. Who pays for the UAE visa
Under UAE labour law the employer pays recruitment costs, including the work permit and residence visa. A real employer does not ask you to pay for a job or a visa. If someone asks for money, treat it as a warning sign.
5. Check the offer before you travel
- You applied on the company's own website, or the recruiter writes from the company's email domain.
- You had a real interview, in person or by video.
- You have a written offer with the company name, job, salary and benefits.
- For mainland private-sector jobs, the offer comes through MOHRE with a reference number you can check yourself on the MOHRE website or app.
- You travel on an employment entry permit arranged by the employer, not a visit visa.
- Paste any offer into the free scam check at asliuae.com/scam-check. It is a guide, not a guarantee.
